Nucleolus Zones

Nucleolus three zones:
1. Granular zone: peripheral, dense, precursor of rRNA (RNA+protein)
2. Fibrillar zone: middle, dense, RNA only
3. Fibrillar center: center, light, transcription inactive DNA
